Furnished for personal use, this expansive 4,033-square-foot home comfortably accommodates large groups, making it ideal for family gatherings or special events. The spacious living areas feature 25-foot ceilings, and the well-stocked kitchen is equipped to handle all your culinary needs. Outside, the large yard offers ample space for outdoor activities, while the private dock provides direct access to Pensacola Bay for fishing and boating. Guests can unwind on the deck, taking in stunning bay views and breathtaking sunsets. Located just minutes from Pensacola Beach and downtown, this serene getaway seamlessly blends relaxation and adventure.  
  
The Space:  
Experience coastal luxury at our 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath bayfront retreat in Gulf Breeze, Florida. This expansive 4,033-square-foot home features soaring 25-foot ceilings in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances, and a main-floor primary suite with bay views and a spa-like bathroom. Upstairs, an entertainment loft awaits, equipped with shuffleboard, darts, a poker table, and an Xbox console. Enjoy the Cumaru wood deck and private dock with boat lifts, offering direct access to Pensacola Bay for fishing and boating. This is a great place to accomplish relaxation and adventure during your stay.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests will receive personalized key codes and garage access codes via Airbnb messages one day before check-in. Please note, there are steps leading to the front door; therefore, the property may not be suitable for individuals who have difficulty navigating stairs.

The property is approximately 7 miles from the pristine white sands of Pensacola Beach, providing easy access to sunbathing, swimming, and water sports. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the Naval Live Oaks Area, part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore, which features several miles of hiking trails through diverse ecosystems. Additionally, the vibrant city of Pensacola is just 7 miles away, offering a rich array of cultural attractions, dining, and entertainment options. This ideal location is perfect for realizing your vacation goals.  
  
Getting Around:  
Given the location of our bayfront retreat in Gulf Breeze, a personal vehicle is essential for guests, as public transportation options are limited, and most attractions and amenities are not within walking distance. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are available in the area, offering on-demand transportation to nearby beaches, nature preserves, and downtown Pensacola. However, for the most flexibility and convenience during your stay, having your own vehicle is highly recommended.
