Just minutes from Pensacola Beach or downtown Pensacola this darling condo is brand new to the rental market. Recently purchased, the property has undergone a total makeover from top to bottom. New paint, new furniture, new bedding, new linens, new artwork, new fully-stocked kitchen...everything has been touched and updated.
The condo has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser and a TV with cable & Netflix. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and a TV with a DVD player & Netflix.
There is a new sleeper sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress in the living area.
The condo has one full bathroom and also a half bathroom.
In addition there are kitchen, dining & living areas and washer & dryer inside the unit. Outside you'll find a nice screened porch and private, fenced back yard that will allow you to enjoy indoor/outdoor living during your stay.
The community offers a beautiful gated pool which our guests can enjoy during their stay.
Bahama Bay Club is a highly desirable community located in the heart of Gulf Breeze, FL. Located across the bay from Pensacola, Gulf Breeze is great for snorkeling, hiking or birding at Gulf Islands National Seashore, a nationally protected park. Gulf Breeze also offers terrific seafood and inviting beaches and the Gulf Breeze Zoo.
The location is within walking distance to shopping & dining in Gulf Breeze. Shoreline Park is just 1.1 miles away (22 minute walk or 4 minute drive) and has a Dog Park, Nature Trail, Fishing Pier, Beach area and Boat Launch. The Gulf Breeze zoo is located just a 17 minute drive east on Hwy 98\.
Nearby Pensacola is a short drive over Pensacola Bridge from Gulf Breeze. This historic city has so much to offer! You can enjoy the eclectic downtown area shops, cafes, restaurants & nightlife in the Seville Quarter and on Palafox Street. Other fun things to do in Pensacola include historic tours, Segway tours, ferry cruises, museums (including the NAS Maritime Museum), art galleries, parks, professional baseball games, and more. Historic Fort Pickens is located on Gulf Islands National Seashore.
Pensacola Beach is less than a 5 minute drive from the condo. Bahama Bay Club sits just at the beginning of the bridge with very easy access with a road from our location to the entrance of the bridge...no need to get onto Hwy 98 to cross the bridge!
NOTE: Due to our HOA rules we require a 7-night minimum booking. During Spring Break & the Summer season there is a Sunday arrival - Sunday departure requirement.

HOUSE RULES

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A taxable cancellation fee will be charged for every cancellation in order to reimburse the property owner for expenses he/she would be out-of-pocket for your canceled booking. The total amount of the cancellation fee is the sum of the items described below:
•10% of the amount of rent only
•The total amount of credit card processing fees the owner has paid on your booking payments
•Tax applied to cancellation fee
If applicable, refunds will be issued as follows:
•Up to 60 days before arrival, guest receives 100% of the payment less the taxable cancellation fee
•Up to 30 days before arrival, guest receives 50% of the payment less the taxable cancellation fee
•No refunds within 30 days.

The condo complex is older, but is in a great location. It is close to grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, and a short drive to both downtown and the beach. The pool is large and deep. The condo is nicely decorated and comfortable. Add to all of that, the neighbors are friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again when in the area.

This is a nice condo in a good location. The owners were very responsive for our questions and needs. It is clean and quiet and comfortable. We love the small town atmosphere with close options of the beach or city life in Pensacola. Across the parking lot is the best Mexican cuisine ever at Tacos Rock or Buenos Dias. This is for you if you want to experience all the area attractions without living amongst tourists 24/7\. We hope to return.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family stay in Pensacola. It was minutes from everywhere and amazing restaurants are within walking distance. While the listing calls out their amenities, there were many upgrades not listed. Just about everything you need for the beach is there, plenty of dining seating, and TV dinner trays for thise lazy evenings. New patik furniture to soak up the sun, read a book and have my morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Valerie was great to communicate with. 5 satrs definitely! Cannot wait to return!!!

We were in Pensacola for the cheer competitions at the Bay Center. This location was perfect for everything that we wanted to see and do while in Pensacola. Owner was very responsive to all of our questions and we enjoyed our stay. Beds were extremely comfortable with large size bedrooms and the outside patio was fabulous. Everything is within a very short driving distance and extremely close to the beach area.

The condo was very clean even though outdated. We prefer staying in smaller condos due to ease of keeping it clean and this place was a perfect size for the four of us. Property owner followed up on our stay which is a definite plus. Everything was within 10 minutes of us and we didn't have to refuel at all during our 7 night stay. We would love to stay again in the future.

This is such a cute space. It was perfect for our group of 4\. It is two story, keep that in mind for people with mobility issues. There is a pull out couch down stairs. The only thing I wish was different was that there were no “throw blankets” for things like movie nights. Not a huge deal at all, just a personal preference. They have lots of beach toys, chairs, pool noodles, etc. that are available for use. The on-site pool is HUGE, way better than what you’d find at any hotel. The location of this condo is perfect. About 5 min to the beach, and Pensacola in general is about half way in between everywhere we visited such as Orange beach and Ft Walton. It is close to shopping and groceries. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and made cooking at home very convenient. I would love to stay here again in the future!

I enjoyed this place so much. Great patio. Comfortable couch with reliable wifi. I slept great in the king bed. Neighbors were helpful and friendly. Within walking distance of a little spot to fish and view the bay. Owner was very sweet and accommodating. Would love to visit again.

#### As close to Pensacola Beach as you can get w/o paying beach prices!
Clean and nice place. The A/C went out and with a call to the manager it was fixed in a couple hours. Furnishings are comfy and lots of TV options. The screened in porch and patio was awesome. Rotolos pizza is close and yummy.

My wife and kids spent a week at this property. The property is older and not on the beach but is a great location within five minutes. Many permanent residents who are retired are more than happy to help you with any questions about location or directions to places around the beach. Pool is a nice deep 9 ft and clean. Property also has a club house with gym equipment and sauna. We enjoyed this stay and think we found a great location for future visits.

We had a great experience in this well-appointed two-story townhome. Kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The living area had a lovely screened porch off the back with a picnic table. The backyard was surrounded by lush, “jungly” greenery. If you are using the pullout sofabed for extra sleeping space beware it’s not terribly comfortable. Otherwise everything was great! The condo complex was convenient to amenities and main thoroughfares but we were not affected by any traffic noise.

We enjoyed our stay at Bahama Breeze Club. The condo was clean and well furnished with necessary provisions in the kitchen and throughout. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the pool due to maintenance or Covid restrictions, honestly not sure which. The screened in porch was extra nice for breakfast and dinners. The tent and chairs for the beach tucked away in the porch closet was a blessing. We would stay here again if we vacationed in Gulf Breeze again. We had a slight problem when we arrived, but was immediately taken care of by the owner Bryanne, who was very accommodating with the sitution.
