"Like the location and tge view. Dislike the bell service. They didn't want to help us to get a taxi to the airport. Just wanted us to take a hotel car that costs 4 times that of a business van. Hotel breakfast area and bar was not adequately heated. "

"The location is great, just exited the last stop on subway line 1. The hotel is a non-smoking but some guests just ignore the rules. Fortunately the cleaning lady Ling Ling was very helpful she brought in an air purifier as well as plug in scents which help to reduced the smell. It is close to the shopping walks and a lot of eateries nearby."
