The location is good and the staff is excellent they’re always willing to be helpful. The beds are a little hard, but that’s everywhere in China, so I don’t think they can change it .. The hotel staff was very professional and made us feel special. The room was a GREAT value! Great view! The front desk staff's English language was excellent. The lobby staff and housekeeping were very friendly and spoke some English. We were surprised by how clean the room was and how all the furnishings and equipment in the room was in good condition. We were there for 7 days and had two adjoining rooms on the 33rd floor. They were spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping was ok, they never vacuumed unless you asked and with 3 small children we really needed it daily. The buffet was decent, a little pricey but there were lots of options. There's a ton of restaurants across the river that are excellent and reasonably priced. The service was great and they were very kind to us.
