Good location in the modern part of town with a nice park next to it. You need to take taxis to go anywhere else though, which is fine if know how to use Didi (and it's pretty easy to hail a normal taxi on the street in the city). Room was pretty good, executive lounge was nice for a "free" light dinner or afternoon cake and they also serve alcohol. No view from it though despite being on 23rd floor. Breakfast was only in main breakfast room and was ok, but not quite up to 5 star standard. Staff and polite and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and the rooms are luxurious. And only about 30 mins taxi from the airport. Wonderful hotel. Front desk staff couldn't find my reservation at first. 2. Took over 20 minutes to deliver an extra bottle of shampoo. 3. Booked a king size bed with two breakfast, usually the hotel would upgrade to the executive floor for gold card members, but this time it didn't happen even though they were available. 4. No welcome fruit basket, not that it really matters, but this seems to be the standard treatment for gold card members. 5. Light switches are very difficult to figure out, and shower are hard to turn off. I know this is supposed to be easy for most people, but I am just stupid. 6. No USB charging connections. Complained to duty manager on 4/18, promised that central a/c will be turned back on night of 4/18, it did but was turned off again in the morning of 4/19, and room temp back to 24C.
