Given that, you'd expect a front desk staff that spoke English, but most of them didn't speak a single word of English (there was one exception, who was also the only really friendly person we met behind the desk). You'd also expect accommodating policies - but when I accidentally booked a room for the wrong date and didn't show up for that day, I was charged the full amount ($194!); the hotel refused to re-imburse me any of that, even when I asked, and stayed on two subsequent occasions. You'd also expect that the amenities would function well - but the health center opened late and the swimming pool (one of the main reasons we booked) was closed when we arrived, and didn't re-open for two days after the date that the hotel announced it would re-open. The hotel is also almost 45 minutes from the high-speed train station and a half hour from the airport. I don't see any reason to stay here. It's a façade of a business hotel rather than a real business hotel.
