Bienvenue dans cette superbe maison de ville entièrement rénovée, située au cœur de Guingamp, parfaite pour accueillir jusqu’à 12 personnes dans un confort optimal !  
  
La pièce de vie spacieuse et chaleureuse vous invite à partager de bons moments, autour d’un grand canapé avec méridienne, une TV écran plat, et une belle table à manger pour vos repas en famille ou entre amis. La cuisine moderne et entièrement équipée (frigo, congélateur, plaque induction, four, micro-ondes, machine à café L’Or Barista, bouilloire, grille-pain...) vous permettra de cuisiner comme à la maison.
