The owners also work at the Inn, and go out of their way to be good hosts. I loved hearing Derricks (Delboy) story’s and his advice around what to do in the area was invaluable. Every request we made was fulfilled, such as fact there is no kettle in the room so they provided us with a thermos full of hot water each night. I loved being able to rent a scooter on site, to have mobility in the area is quite important. We rented motorbike from Derek and drove to the rice terraces and waterfall and to Anda. We also went for an evening walk up to a viewpoint 30 minutes away. Recommended. We stayed in the rom with a cold tub on the terrace and it was good to take dips during the hot day. Leave the lights of on the terrace at night time. We also ordered several times maybe the best hamburger in Bohol and the Apple Crumble with ice for desert. Also very nice to have one or several talks with Derek.
