Unfortunately that is where the story begins. Upon arrival they could not find the Expedia reservation, after an hour we were given no explanation, given our keys- no comps- no nothing. There is only centrally controlled air conditioning- you have a control in your room but as we learned they are for decoration. If you make enough noise, they will give you a fan.
