The residence's swimming pool, overlooking the sea, is available in July and August. A tennis court is also available. This elegant 40 square metre flat sleeps up to 4 people (1 bedroom + sofa bed). It has : \- Living room with sofa (convertible 140, quality mattress), coffee table, television. \- Fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. \- Bedroom with 160cm bed and storage space. \- Shower room with WC.
