 The village of Guidel is 10 minutes away by car and has a lovely market on Saturday mornings.   
This small 40 m² house, located in a quiet residential complex with a shared heated swimming pool, can accommodate up to 4 people.  
  
It has:

\- Living room with sofa (convertible with quality mattress), coffee table and television.  
\- Open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.  
\- Separate toilet.  
  
Upstairs:  
\- Master bedroom with double bed (140 cm), wardrobe and en-suite shower room.  
  
Enjoy the beautiful outdoor space, terrace and garden with furniture to soak up the sun all day long.
