"Nice cozy home for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. We appreciated the large yard for the dogs. The hot tub was great for a dip at night. The neighborhood was great for mornings walks with the dogs. There's a new playground very close which would be great for little kids. "

Villa Mimosa is the perfect getaway home for enjoying the beauty of the river! Easy walk to the River! The home is very spacious, clean and comfy with different gatherings areas throughout! The fully enclosed, manicured yard offers privacy & plenty of space for relaxation & fun activities. Imagine lounging by the fire table, soaking in the hot tub, or engaging in some friendly yard games w/ your furry companions, because the pups are welcome too! There are beach chairs, floaties, & a wagon for your riverside relaxation. There is even a refreshing outdoor shower! Downtown Guerneville is just a quick drive away! A dream vacation spot!
