Excellent location, incredibly close to the airport. Wifi, air conditiong, shampoo and soap were provided. There were no towels in the room and no hot water in the shower (at night or the following morning). There is quite a bit of noise from the street and a bus depot located next to the hotel, although this probably depends on the location of your room in the building. The room was large and decently maintained. Perfect for a short, cheap stay near the airport.

It's close to the airport so if you just need a place to take a rest for a log layover time it's fine. But staff there do not speak English. From booking website it says "24 hours shuttle from airport" but need to contact the hotel to make arrangement. We called before our departure but couldn't communicate with the hotel staff. We then sent a message asking to be picked up from the airport. When we arrived there were no any shuttle. We ended up to call a taxi.

El dueño del hotel Te obliga a pagar 13% adiciónal quieres pagar con tarjeta, sino te invita cordialmente a que te vayas; está muy eauivocado. Deben mejorar notablemente la limpieza con énfasis en el baño.

It was a quick short night stay and they had my cab waiting at 2:30am. The room was small and the bathroom was clean and bright. All I needed for an 7 hour stay.

Hot water nor working, A/C barely working, TV not working. At 5am heavy equipment started working right next door. No blanket provided - only a sheet on the bed. Bed was fine. Personnel did their best to be helpful. Won't stay there again.

#### Hotel close to the airport -- find another

And that was the only reason I booked it. I made a reservation, but when I arrived at 01: 30 I was told that my reservation had been cancelled. But my credit card had been charged. The guy at the front desk wanted me to pay cash. Really? Talked with the owner that I had been quoted and he wanted to charge methe difference. When I said I would report it accordingly he agreed to the original price. The air conditioner is weak and it took forever to cool the room. But that is okay as there is only cold water for showering.

#### Convenient to the Guayaquil airport.

Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. The free bottle of water was nice. If you are traveling light it's a 10 minute walk to the airport.

No es un buen lugar para quedarse... No había agua. Caliente. Muchos ruido a las 2 de la mañana. La atención fría y distante. La cama dura. El aire acondicionado hacia muchísimo ruido. Lo único bueno es que esta cerca del aeropuerto.

Convenient if stuck in transit as hotel close to airport and bus terminals. Bring something to eat as there are no restaurants within walking distance.

#### 공항에서 가깝지만 사이트에 소개된 내용과 다른 시설

공항에서 가까워서 선택하였지만 기본적인 시설과 체제가 안되어 있습니다. 우선 체크인 할 때 이미 예약이 되어있는데 확인하는 절차가 복잡하여 무거운 배낭을 지고 문 밖에 서있어야 했습니다. 영어가 전혀 통하지 않아 전화로 익스피디아 담당 직원을 연결하여 제가 확인하게 하였습니다. 추가요금으로 저녁식사가 가능하다고 했는데 밖에 나가서 사먹어야 한다고 했습니다. 도착시간이 늦어져서 이미 거리는 캄캄한데 안전해보이지도 않고 식당을 찾아 헤멘다는 것이 내키지 않았습니다. 아침 식사 역시 제공되지 않는다고 하여 차라리 공항에 일찍 나가서 하기로 결정했습니다. 에어컨 대신 덜덜거리는 선풍기 한대. 침대 쿠션은 낡아서 움직일 때 마다 잠을 깨고 옆의 주차장에서는 밤새 차량 후진하는 소리와 사람들 떠드는 소리로 깊은 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 사이트에 안내 된 내용과 달라서 무척 황당하였습니다.
