Despite the area is full of hotels, there is still quite a bit of things to do both on resorts and off them. The beaches are amazing and the weather is great too, get out there and enjoy the sunshine. With its beautiful white sandy beaches and calm waters, Juan Dolio Beach is loved by all around the area. And for good reason! Everything is close by like food and places to rent equipment for water activities or to just make your whole beach time that much more pleasurable. The hotel was under construction at the time of our stay. They do not serve food on the property and only minor alcoholic beverages. Our rental was ok, needs work on the bathrooms. The washer I would not recommend using it leaks water. The iron was broken but still semi usable. Bring your own hair dryer. Not sure how far the cleaning fee goes, but the property wasn’t that clean. Pros great ocean views and location. ##### LUIS M. It has a private beach open to a public beach with local vendors not allowed on the private area. Nice pool area, games room, small café and owners lounge. Additionally the address that shows in Expedia is wrong, if you follow it, it will take to the middle of no where. The appartment is not what shows in the pictures and the lady at the reception will NOT find you if you dont have the appointment number. It took me almos 3 hours to get to the place i was wondering around and asking the people around to see if someone could direct me where to go. I called Expedia and it took them 1 hour to figure out what was going on. I am sure my phone bill will be to the roof for making international calls. Overall i had a very displeasing experience it ruined my vacation time.
