In the center of the beach town of Juan Dolio, where all the magic of a Caribbean fishing village happens, restaurants, shops, the beach just seconds away and only 20 minutes from Las Americas International Airport, it is the ideal place to forget about driving while you are on vacation.

Spectacular open-plan apartment, well equipped and decorated so that your stay at the beach with your family and friends is everything you had dreamed of, with spaces bathed in radiant natural light during the day that invite you to relax and feel the peace of being by the sea. Its spaces are designed to share with your loved ones while you enjoy a movie, prepare delicious dishes in the fully equipped kitchen or feel the warm Caribbean breezes with a refreshing drink on the balcony. Two comfortable bedrooms with integrated bathrooms, air conditioning and very comfortable beds will make your sleep restful for the next day of adventures in this Caribbean paradise. It is a 14-story residential building, strategically located with two main entrances, one from the boulevard, which if you visit us from Santo Domingo the bus drops you off at the same entrance, and another to the beach street, where all the magic happens.
