Fantastic value for money. We stayed on the 3rd floor room which was incredibly hot. The ceiling fan could use an update or have an extra couple of fans. The view from the rooftop patio was amazing. Could do with an update aswell and make it more inviting to chill and relax up there. The night receptionist was amazing, very friendly and accomodating. All in all a very pleasant stay. If you are wanting luxury then seek other options. Would visit and stay again for sure. Thank you. The dogs are all friendly too :)

I enjoyed the courtyard and rooftop terrace. There was a language barrier with the front desk so I'm not sure how much of the negative aspects were because of that or they just weren't very accommodating. The attitude was that you were bothering them if you asked a question. I had to change rooms while I was there which was a fiasco.

Hello Amir, thank you for your feed back, we have cleaninig service to each room every day unless the guest doesnt want to, the common areas are continuosly cleaned, our quite time starts at 10pm until 7am, we offer extra bed sheets, Thank you again for your comments this help us to improve.

I had seen the parking was off site, so I wrote beforehand asking the address to see how far away it was, the hotel replied saying it was a 5 minute walk 2 blocks away, which sounded reasonable. When we arrived they provided another address which was a 20 minute drive away and not walkable at all. Staff was completely unhelpful and unfriendly, do not recommend staying here if you have a car, there are much better options in Antigua. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable, every amenity they offer is off site.

Superb location!
My daughter and I stayed for 6 nights and we had a wonderful stay. Location is great! Close to everything!! Staff were kind and attentive, except for the guy who worked night shift who spoke no English but no big deal. Yes, the rooms are small but all we did was sleep at night so, again, no big deal. I would come here again any time.

Hotel Casa Rustic was fantastic! Close to everything we were looking for and had everything we could need. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the 3 rescue dogs that live at the property were super friendly and always a pleasure to see on our return or departure from the hotel. If staying at Antigua we would absolutely go back to this hotel

This is a great option to stay in Antigua. We were close to all the shops, food and sights. I brought my girlfriends there for their first visit to Guatemala and it did not disappoint at all!! Of course, it was during lent, but we were close to all that was happening. What a great city to explore!!

Relaxing stay in Antigua
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged us an affordable shuttle to the airport from Antigua. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There were many beautiful sitting areas around the property to relax and have coffee. The hotel is in a great location with a lot of restaurant options within walking distance.

Location, view, garden & cozy room. It has it all.
We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for exploring Antigua. It also has a terrace with views of the volcano and a serene garden to relax in after exploring the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. Filtered water was available in the kitchen to fill your reusable bottle. Ask them to arrange a city tour with Roberto. He was great. Only $18pp.

The best thing about this hotel is all the lovely outdoor areas full of lush vegetation and nice sitting areas. My room was small but clean. Each room has a safe to store valuables. It's in the heart of downtown which tends to always have some noise, but the rooms are set back from the street. There is a kitchen for guests' use, and we were able to store our luggage after check-out while waiting for our departure time. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
