« The hotel is very nice. I mean the only thing to do is relax by the pool and eat unless you leave the resort. 1 to 2 days max is plenty. The service is great, the food menu needs improving and I didn’t think the food was all that. To be honest it’s average at best. I had great company so I really enjoyed myself. The one man music group was wonderful on Saturday night. »

« Pros. Nice view, courteous staff, relatively clean and comfortable accommodations. The host provided breakfast items to allow guests to prepare their own breakfast. Cons. 1\. Not really set up as a true glamping experience. 2\. Location in Expedia map is not correct. The property is actually located before the town of El Penol. 3\. After we arrived, a house right next door began playing extremely loud music which started at 8 pm until around 4 am in the morning. It was so loud sleep was...

« Lors de la réservation sur leur site web, on nous promet des activités gratuites comme le paddleboard ou le kayak. Lorsque nous demandons de faire ces activités, on nous réponds qu’il n’offre pas ces activités sur place et que l’on doit payer un supplément. Nous avons été faire un tour en ville et les activités étaient 2x moins cher que ce que l’hôtel nous proposait à la base « gratuitement ». De plus, le site mentionnait qu’il y avait possibilité de service en anglais. Aucun employé ne sait pas...
