Service was terrible, they put me in another awful hotel. I couldnt even get an extra blanket on the 1st night, 2nd night, I cant tolerate this cold anymore.. eventually the staff did bring me one.. Not at all happy with the service. The website mentions that they speak english but not one of the staff member knows any bit of english. Rats ,Cockroaches ,worst run down hotel in China.
