The staff's English skills are very limited. I think it's a really good value for the money compared to the big Western hotel chains. The restaurant was good (I had dinner and breakfast there), but again, if English is all you have, then you won't be able to order anything special. Thankfully the buffet is well-stocked with mostly Chinese food. I went for a walk in the area, but its a bit shabby and industrial.
