We booked two Luxury King but were given keys to their cheapest rooms (with no windows!) upon check-in - the front desk staff did not mention the difference. After going back down to complain, we had to wait an hour for the rooms to be cleaned - although large and spacious, it was not the Luxury King either. The hotel also shares the building with other companies as well as a KTV bar, so it did not always feel secure for female travellers e.g. non-hotel guests had entered the hotel lift and asked us to give them access to their "friend's room" on a specific floor. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Lighting of the rooms and corridor is little low, there is only one lift for the hotel. seven 11 is just below the hotel, bus stop is also opposite to hotel. Cabs are always available... We had a great time at the hotel.. Specially one of its english staff member "Sharon" was a great help for us during our stay..
