Great location. A variety of choices were available for breakfast. The staff were very helpful, polite and accommodating. Shuttle bus to Canton Fair was a great convenience. Rooms looked a little old, and there were unfortunately some customers who smoked despite the hotel being non-smoking.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. Great amenities, such as the gym, daily breakfasts, free laundry, bottle water, sodas, slippers etc....the hotel itself is surrounded, walking distance by ample restaurants, food store, clothes store, banks, spa, you name it....you basically dont need a taxi or car, everything is right there. Perfect for Canton Fair travelers, VIP shuttle service and treatment, this is the hotel to choose!

Once this was probably a very nice hotel, but is maybe best described as in a state of benign neglect, with the photos failing to capture the extent of the neglect. Staff do thier best but its difficult to run a Hotel in an Office/School. If travelling for business or solo, there are better value options. There is a concerning lack of security. If travelling for adventure - you will likely find it.

Clean rooms with helpful and friendly staff.

Hotel was centrally located in downtown Guangzhou for local shops and amenities. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean with large screen TV. Although I wasn’t able to use the TV since all programs were in local Chinese language with no English options. In short, I would use again.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but the suite we were in was not clean and had a stale sewage odor. The reception staff addressed the issue the following day. The hotel staff were generally helpful and polite, but the building felt dated, and we had to share the lifts with office workers in the morning.

Excellent!

I really enjoyed my stay, and will definately go back if I get the opportunity again. The rooms were clean and had everything that a traveller would need - even the small touches like a shaving kit, dental kit, earbuds, etc. I would have liked to have sugar and milk in the room for the coffee they supply. And they didn't have international power points, so couldn't charge my laptop. The breakfast was excellent with a very wide range of choices. Overall a 10 out of 10!

The rooms especially the bathrooms need proper maintenance and thorough cleaning. There was cigarette smell even on the non smoking floor. It wasn’t good value for the price paid. The staff were pleasant though.
