While the hotel offered convenience and comfortable amenities, one notable drawback was the language barrier with the staff. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly and efficient front desk, but I quickly noticed that the staff struggled with English communication. This became evident during various interactions, including inquiries about local attractions and ordering room service. Unfortunately, the language barrier hindered the overall hospitality experience, and it was challenging to convey specific requests.
