Bad ever Hotel in my life !!!
We can’t check in on 4am cause they give room to other Guest we need find other hostel on 5 am it very terrible .This Hotel bad ever in my life. Not service mind. Beware !!!

酒店在北京路地鐵站旁，十分方便，checkin在28樓，問樓下的服務人員他們只會回答不清楚，這酒店不錯

十分極度惡劣
首先我訂了三間房，不知道職員發生什麼事指我訂了兩間，還好我把預訂資料列印出來，到入房後，其中有兩間房的情況是以十分惡劣來形容，有曱甴，地板有灘水，洗手盤有發霉的黑邊，座廁內有上一手屙完的尿沒有沖廁，到我們查看完要求退房，職員稱需在入住後20分鐘內退否則要收每房$30清潔費，跟她理論時態度非常非常差，還說自己不是這裡職員，同行友人問她：你不會職員坐在櫃檯幹嘛？她就不出聲坐著un 腳，還稱如果超過下午六時就不能退房（當時是下午15:30），致電Hotels.com 職員又要提供很多資料才能處理，而所謂的處理又不知情會否成功，也很難即日再搵酒店故被迫住了一晚

Pior hotel de todos que já fiquei. Este hotel deveria ser removido do hotéis.com. Predio totalmente mal cuidado, muito sujo, quarto lotado de baratas e mini baratas... Terrível. Já viajei bastante mas nunca havia pego um quarto tão ruim. DEFINITIVAMENTE NAO RECOMENDO!
