The rooms are comfortable, the restaurant has great food, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, though not all staff members speak English, so be prepared to use a phone translator if necessary. Service was also horrible as it took a long time to check out. The hotel will not call a cab for you and will instead tell you to take the stairs down to the road to get a cab yourself, even with a 20kg suitcase. This time around I had a room with winbdows which was nice. I arrived pretty early in the morning and they were gracious to give me a room rightaway! Cleanliness was great, Breakfast buffet was good, the advertised European dinner buffer was anything but European!
