It was a good thing there was a man who spoke broken English who was checking out so he could help me. The shuttle service also has zero markings on it to make you know if you're getting onto the right bus or not and the driver didn't speak English either so I had to guess that it was the right bus after standing around for an hour waiting for it. I had even called in advance to make sure this wouldn't happen and it didn't make any difference. Also, they kept asking for payment meanwhile I had an online receipt from hotels.com that stated I was all paid and set. It was not a deposit as they so insisted. After wasting nearly 2 hours trying to just get into a room, I walked in and went to lay on the bed and it was literally a large plank of wood. Absolutely no mattress. Talk about zero comfort after such a long flight. Room is close to airport,shuttle is there (not very frequent though). 2.very spacious, had 2 double beds for 1 person. 3\. price was resonable. not bad for low budget business travellers but not recommended for tourist as its way too far from downtown where the actual action is. Nearby also not many things to go to. Reception people: speak no english at all.
