El edificio no ha tenido mantención, la piscina es muy distinto a lo que aparece en la foto. Si bien el agua estaba bien cuidada, los alrededores carecían de un buen aseo. Las piezas noeran muy limpias y el baño bastane incomod, al tener la ducha y el wc en el mismo lugar, dejando todo mojado después de cada ducha. La tina estaba llena de hongos, no en un solo lugar y discretamente, tenía una mancha de hongos en todo el fondo, bastante grande, dejando en claro la poca prolijidad para hacer el aseo en el lugar.
