1\. 前台人员的态度非常不友善，而且连EXPEDIA基本英文版的入住确认 单都看不懂。 2\. 通过旅行社代订的房间，旅行社直接信用卡马上过账；但是基于酒店和 EXPEDIA的账期问题，前台人员一直说酒店没收到房费，单单办理入 住手续浪费了1个多小时的时间。
