The hotel is outdated and needs a remodel asap. The carpet where our room was located on the on the first floor was torn and very dirty. There was no mini fridge in our room which I think is a necessity. The room itself was pretty outdated as well . It is within walkable distance to many places and we felt extremely safe.

The area was very close to downtown, the room was very clean and all employees were very nice and welcoming. Only thing is that the reservation says breakfast included but should say complimentary not the actual breakfast bar. Besides that everything was excellent.

We like the staff and the location. Overall it’s very nice. The carpet had some big stains and our tv didn’t work well.

Everything was excellent,very clean, friendly staff, lots of shopping destinations around. The only downside is that the rooms have no fridge which was odd to me, i think this is the first time that i've stayed in a hotel with no fridge and a microwave too. If you don't mind the absence of the fridge go for it

We had a good stay at the Holiday Inn. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and clean. It had all the necessary amenities we needed. We felt very safe parking our vehicle in the garage. We would gladly stay at this property again.

It’s a business trip, and one thing a really like it’s, having dinner at the restaurante, the beers are really cold and the enchiladas mineras are exquisite

me encantaron las sabanas y la colcha, creí que estaba incluido el desayuno y no fue así. me picaron moscos estando en recepción, aunque no se veían o había animalitos porque sali con varios piquetes, les recomendé fumigar

Unexpected stay was great!!
The hotel is in good condition and the service was exceptional!! The doorman was very helpful in all ways from giving us the best recommendations to helping us with any problem we had. Definately recommend this hotel for a stay at Leon GTO

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, con los centros comerciales y culturales muy cerca. Además, el acceso al centro de la ciudad es muy sencillo. El personal y los servicios, excelentes: restaurante, alberca, gimnasio. Las instalaciones un poco descuidadas en los sanitarios de la habitación. Debe mejorar la limpieza de la habitación, encontré hasta basura del anterior huésped.

First of all where they put me at that Holiday Inn
First of all where they put me at that Holiday Inn was very far for my families plus on the floor they put me there was nothing but drunks people partying yelling and be loud and even started knocking on my door since I got there every time I try to get it going to the room the key card wouldn’t work we have to wait to somebody come and reset the key code back-and-forth not happy with this
