The Westin needs to keep kids away from the swim up bar, never room for the adults to sit down and have drinks. The phone in the room didn’t work half the time, had to unplug from the wall and plug back in to make a call to the front desk. The grounds were nice with lots of wildlife to see and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

This was my first experience with all inclusive… Never, would I ever stay at this or any all-inclusive hotel again? My son and grandchildren were not allowed into the property unless I paid for a past daily, but they were busy and I could not buy a pass for them. Problem number one. Secondly, the meals are all inclusive, but I could not get a reservation at any of the restaurants for the entire four days I stayed on the property. We went out daily. The room service was good, but I did not want to travel that far and have all my meals in my room. ENOUGH SAID

It was great ! Staff was very helpful and always around when needed. The restaurants was so good ! I wish I could’ve gotten to go to the steakhouse and manglar but they were sold out. So highly recommend making reservations for those places early. Other than that I would go back !!

Our initial room had a strong mold odor, prompting our relocation to another room where the mattress quality was subpar. The breakfast buffet lines stretched 20-30 minutes, every single morning we were there. Additionally, seating around the pool was limited or unavailable. The beach area emitted a noticeable gasoline scent due to constant jet ski activity, right at the hotel's shoreline. If you're an avid golfer, you'll find this place exceptional, given the quality of the golfing facilities. However, if your passion lies in beach activities, you might want to explore other destinations.

I've travelled around the world and stayed in many beautiful Hotels, but this has now moved to the top of my list as one of the best stays, experiences I've ever had at a hotel. I was very hesitant about staying at an All-Inclusive because the experience is typically sub-par when it comes to food freshness. This was NOT this case here. I was blown about by the quality of the food. The genuine helpfulness of every employee, and the service is impeccable. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

The staff was exceptional - friendly and accommodating.(They were willing to take the time to get to know us.) Great amenities - good selection of restaurants to choose from that served good food, fun pool to hang out at and enjoy drinks with others, lots of fun activities to choose from, and all with an inviting, grand beach at the back door of the resort!(You just have to be patient with the other vendors trying to sell you something at the beach, but wasn't to an annoyance level.) We had a few snafu's in the room - like fridge that wasn't working, and AC that was finnicky, but staff was quick to respond to remedy the situation.

This property is unique because of the staff. They are excellent. They are attentive and will do anything they can for you. Gabriel Angel, Luis, Diana, Hector, Edgar, Edison, Myra, Gabriel, Brian and Andres and several others at both of the bars, whose names regrettably I don't recall, made the stay an absolute pleasure. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The beach and pool are very nice. The food was wonderful. They have great choices, and the food is very well prepared. One warning: the lack of available medical care was frightening. We had a medical event and were sent to the doctor's office. When we arrived at the office it was locked. We were told the doctor was at lunch and that any consultation with the doctor or any treatment would be an additional charge not covered by the all-inclusive fee. Fortunately, we were able to resolve our problem before the doctor returned.

What a wonderful resort. We stayed here for a belated honeymoon. As a same-sex couple where one of us has serious food allergies (shrimp and shellfish), we did a lot of research before coming. Our expectations were exceeded. We felt welcome and safe. Staff treated us the same as all other couples, and even upgraded our room to have a king bed. The allergy precautions were impressive - every meal we were asked (sometimes more than once), and orders with allergies are taken on a different coloured order pad. We were even told food could be fried in separate oil -somethiblbg never offered back home. We didn't have to avoid any restaurants, and it was a real treat to confidently order foods that can be risky. Staff were kind and attentive. We went during rainy season and I cannot recommend it enough - crowds were low and everything very green. There are many animals on the property, it takes no effort to find them. The pool was lovely and the activities were fun, as were the guys running the activity center. Shout out to Eduardo and Rudy, who gave great guided hikes and yoga sessions. The property is very clean, any small issues we had were quickly resolved. Food was really good, breakfast was actually our favourite. On the way there we had every intention of doing excursions; we (and several other couples we met) chose in the end to stay on resort, as most excursions involved lengthy car trips.

This property was AMAZING! The restaurants on the property were all first class. I have heard complaints before about the food at all inclusive resorts but this property was outstanding. Who would have thought that the best Asian food we have had was in Costa Rica. We loved the set up of the bungalows. There were 8 rooms per building (4 on each side) but it message it feel extremely private. The staff were all friendly and genuinely felt like they were happy to see you.
