"How refreshing and renewing spending a week in a beautiful home surrounded by forest. The view was expansive and we were not even 10 minutes away from the ocean. The house was very comfortable and well stocked with everything I needed. Our host was responsive and very helpful. Our stay could not have been better!"

The parking was easy and the location was very central to Gualala. But THE VIEW is the reason you stay here. It’s amazing. And the super clean hot tub on the deck watching the sunset is perfection. "There was no heater in the house and as note in my questionnaire we were all 3 in our 80 and 70 No heat was mentioned This person that kept checking on us Vancasa knew nothing about the house. We did not have TV because there were no instructions. No information sheets about what to do upon checking out . This has never happened to me with a VRBO normally everything is typed out and very easy for our stay. Excellent clean kitchen, with everything you might need to cook with."
