This home is right on an ocean bluff; please always supervise your children and your dog. This home is not recommended for children under 18 due to the proximity of the bluffs. My only complaint is that I really wanted to swim at Sea Ranch pools, and I did ask if I could get passes or pay extra. Unfortunately, I did not receive a reply until we were already there. Amazing views of the ocean from anywhere inside the house and outside the house. The rear deck, facing the ocean, is very spacious and had very comfortable outside furniture. The house itself is located in a very quiet neighborhood, in a cul-de-sac, so no thru traffic. It was a quiet, peaceful place to just relax and enjoy nature. The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the 3 armchairs in the living room were comfortable and perfectly placed to just sit and get lost looking at the ocean. We had great views of pelicans hovering in the air, then diving down to catch fish. The town, the house is in, is small, but we loved it since it never got busy, not too crowded, but had everything you might need, like grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, etc. One of the grocery stores hosts a BBQ cookout every weekend and it looked/smelled awesome. Great access to town but yet far enough away for great privacy. Spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Well stocked kitchen and a real wood burning fireplace. A word about Nor CA and ants. I lived in Nor Cal for 20 years at 4 different locations, and each place would occasionally have ants. We had a few ants during our stay but they’re tiny and nothing to be concerned about.
