The Space: Settle into a relaxed, family-friendly 2-bedroom, 2-bath house designed for simple coastal living. The main living areas give you space to unwind after beach walks and bluff-top adventures, with WiFi to stay connected when available. A kitchen and dining area make mealtimes easy, and the washer and dryer help keep gear fresh throughout your stay. Step outside to a garden/backyard with outdoor seating—perfect for morning coffee or a casual BBQ. Parking is straightforward in the driveway, and EV drivers will appreciate the newly installed Tesla charger. The house was very comfortable, check-in was seamless, and the location was perfect with supermarkets within walking distance. It was a relaxing and peaceful stay, and we would love to come back again. It may be the Northernmost most homes under Sea Ranch management. Smack in the middle of Gualala. NOTE: There is no cell service in town, so screen shot any check information you may need. There is a public wifi network, but it’s painfully slow. Afternoons in the back deck are wonderful. One of the chairs was broken and I told the property management. No problem. Strangely the headboard wasn’t attached to the bed, but it wasn’t a big deal. We enjoyed a lunch at the seafood shack (walking distance) and the Surf market great; they even do BBQ lunches. The location is perfect! A very easy short walk to the restaurants and shops. The surrounding area is full of trails, beaches and so many points of interest. It was raining the whole time of our visit but it didn't matter, it was even more beautiful watching the wild ocean and river from the giant picture windows. So relaxing. Extras everywhere! We had everything we needed and more... blankets, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and lots of towels. Loved the make up wipes...Brilliant!!! Great WIFI! The ocean front view from the living room windows were spectacular. The house is conveniently located to town and we enjoyed walking there each day. It’s very well taken care of and clean and has everything you need. We look forward to being able to return in the future. It’s walking distance to the Bluff Trail, restaurants, and short walk to Surf Market. 5 minute drive the Gualala State Park. Property Management is responded.
