"This property has no on site laundry available and the plumbing is old and weak. It takes a long time of running the shower to get the hot water started, and the staff calls you non stop to rush you to check out. There is an underground mall exit right in front of the hotel (Exit 11) that connects to the blue line MRT, but it doesn't have escalator/elevator. We used it to get around when it rained. Otherwise, we browsed through the surface shops along the way to Exit 14 which has an escalator and elevator. "
