Parklife Pabellón offers luxury and comfort in one of the most prestigious residential and commercial areas of the city, providing a comfortable lifestyle and prestigious services, located between Avenida Patria and Acueducto, is this splendid place with wonderful views of the forest Los Colomos, in addition to having a first class shopping area and incredible amenities that will make you live a complete experience.  
\*Pool reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.  
  
Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.  
  
In order to guarantee a better experience and the proper maintenance of our facilities, we inform you that the use of the pool is available exclusively for reservations of 5 nights or more.  
  
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.  
  
For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:  
  
\-At the moment the apartment does not have Air Conditioning in operation, in its place two portable fans will be placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  
  
We would like to inform you that Plaza Pabellón, where our condominium is located, is currently undergoing a remodeling process. Although these works do not directly affect the condominium facilities, we remind you that the entire plaza is under construction, we regret any inconvenience this may cause you.  
  
\-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.  
  
\-The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 4\* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15\* dlls extra per person per night.  
  
\-The accommodation has a capacity of \_\_4\_\_ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.  
  
Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
