The hotel location is excellent, but it needs a ton of maintenance. If you are staying for a week it i’ll be ok. More than that really think about it.

Location was excellent but the property not so good. Beds were more like twin beds instead of double. The bathroom was super extra small and the shower even smaller. The elevators cant be used without the room key but that was when we were lucky to be able to use them and the elevators were working bc there were always issues with one or both. Hotel offers breakfast but in the 7 days we were they served only chilaquiles, eggs beans, papaya, melon and watermelon and changed 1 side only. The girls at the front desk need more training or an older person to guide them bc they were more interested in their private issues than to assist the guests.

Very minimal necessities. Blood stains on sheets. No cups for drinks in rooms. One chair for two people in room? Felt like a hostel. Good breakfast!

We stayed for a whole week and it was pleasant. Hotel is close to everything in the historical district. There was a security guard at the entrance 24/7 so I was never worried about coming back from partying late. I would come stay here again!

The hotel is fairly clean and well located . Staff is friendly and attentive . It is worth the price paid for ; however ; to go out at night it’s tricky . Coming back after 11 pm becomes stressful. Taxis or Ubers leave you a block 1/2 from the hotel and you have to walk around people sleeping on the streets , so I went out and came back early to avoid any unpleasant situation .

The room is tiny, no space at all. Property is rundown and smells terrible. The location is great but no amenities at the hotel.

Hotel did not have the room ready till 1 1/2 hours later after the check in time, hotel was dirty and needing a lot of maintenance, room was dirty, smelled horrible like humid, pillows smelled gross (humid) the bed did not have a fitting sheet just a flat sheet on top. Shower had mold, rust and was dirty, water would get stuck on sink, hairdryer was super dirty did not have a full toilet paper roll it was half used. And upon them holding my property before the check in time they lost me a bag with purchased items I had they stated I didn’t leave it there in the room.
