Spacious rooms
I rented the familiy suite, Very spacious rooms, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Amazingly big. I was surprised.
All clean. Only 1 tv, but that can is a minor thing.
The attendant was very kind and helpful.
Highly recommended for groups.

The staff are great but room quality is a 2 out of 5. Rooms are old, I think the hotel is an old converted apartment building. Fixtures are old, hot water worked about 1/2 the time. Limited parking - if you rent a car make sure its a small car - mini parking garage.

the building is kind of old, but really convenient with the CAS (US embassy) distance by walk. So if you have CAS schedule, you can go by walk only two blocks.

The bathroom smelled of sewer gas. Some exterior alarm came on over the weekend. Alarm continued day and night, didn't get any sleep. Checked out after two nights, moved to Fiesta Americana.

I had high hopes for this hotel, considering it was listed as a suite. This female receptionist, is not friendly. Nothing in the room works. The toilet doesn’t flush, windows don’t open and the closet door is stuck even though I have shown her pictures and asked for them to fix it. They said they didn’t have any other rooms and they’re sold out, which they are not…
