Beds we like sleeping on a brick. My sisters room was the same. No hot water for nite showers. You had to take them late morning and hope hot water was still available. Front staff was not friendly at all. This was 3 different women. One staff person had her top button undone and was showing all she had. Rooms were clean. Towels were available when we asked. I guess for the price it was ok

Nothing like the picture

It was a single bed and very tiny. The was also very small matress and on a cement slab. No windows. Sheets and pillow cases were clean but really old. Room was clean and the hotel was safe. It is also in a good location for walking to food or shops.

The hot water was lukewarm at best. Very old section of town but close to the Center, Mercado, Cathedral. Nothing available in the area after sunset until dawn. So get what you need before then.

NO AC THEY SHOULD ANNOUNCE IT. ALSO PEOPLE TALKING OR WORKING TILL MOD NIGHT OR SOO.. THE FAN THAT IS THERE IS NOT MUCH HELP WITH THE HEAT..BED SOUNDS LIKE THE SPRINGS ARE ABOUT TO COME OUT AND THE SHEETZ ARE STAIN. NOT EVEN WORTH THE 500 PESOS

One key in or out. If someone in your stays behind, you need to leave the key for them to lock the door. Theirs no door knob only a deadbolt. Only stairs, no elevator. Three flights up . You have to leave your key at the front desk to get a cleaning service. The front counter tent to give out torn towels. Three night stay not worth it

La habitación cómoda, el personal muy amable; en especial la señora Bertha; en tod momento atenta a nuestra estancia. Tristemente la ubicación nocturna es algo peligrosa.
