Hotel Casino Plaza is excellent for the price and location. Very central to everything in GDL and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The maid services are outstanding and they made it easy to check-in and check-out. Will certainly stay here again. Thank you

Everyone who works at Hotel Plaza Casino goes out of their way to assist you…the bellboys, the maintenance workers who are always making sure the hotel always looks presentable & in tip top condition, the maid service keep the rooms very clean,the people in the restaurant are always very appreciate you going in & joining them for a bite to eat or to pick up a cocktail….special thanks to the front desk people…Stephanie, Ricardo & Ismael. P.S. they have taxi service at the hotel…Special thanks to Martin/ Taxi driver…he took me to places I wanted to go to & I felt secure with him accompanying me. Again Many Thanks Hotel Plaza Casino😊💫

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. Due to its surroundings, some people may think the area is unsafe, but I have not had any issues. I like the location because it promotes walking especially if I’m going to El Centro.

The facility was very clean with good hot water and air conditioning. The courtyard was nice to have breakfast. It is an older hotel but located conveniently between centro and Colnia americana.

The location was perfect, close to endless amenities, restaurants, shopping area, churches and very close to downtown Guadalajara. This hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful and attentive. The two things we would like to have seen is more items in the restaurant menu and more English channels on TV but rather than that we give a 10 to this beautiful hotel. EXCELLENT!

A great stay
Service and cleanliness were very good. With our lengthy stay we personally got to know our maid who was exceptionally courteous and did a great job in cleaning our room. Only a few minor issues were taken care of quickly. Overall a great stay

Hotel is located near downtown, near great restaurants, and attractions, but water pressure is super low, our air conditioner was not working but we got re-assigned to another room as soon as we let them know. Personal is very professional and friendly. Room in front of hotel can be noisy at times, but back rooms have a great view and very quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a great little hotel to stay at. It's easy to walk around. There's also a subway station a block away and a major bus stop. The internet can be a bit slow and the halls are echoey, but the staff is awesome and so helpful. Recommend!

Okay hotel
We stayed in an Executive double room. Nice size. TV, internet and AC worked well. There was an in room safe. Well located to visit the historic center. Mattresses and pillows were as hard as a rock. There was mildew in the shower. Would not recommend the breakfast buffet.

This place is clean and the staff was very friendly. One night we stayed up late and they did a coffee run for us. It’s within walking distance of everything but also very quiet at night. Would definitely recommend.
