Mal lugar, no tiene nombre y da mal apariencia

Muy mala experiencia, me cobran x algo q no ocupe nadie me atendio ni asignaron habitacion y no tuve donde quedarme esa noche, un lugar muy inseguro, cualquier oerosna entra sinnllave y se mete a todos los pasillos sin ndie q este al pendiente, todo se escucha de las demás habitaciones

I ordered a studio to have a kitchen and air conditioning and they rented it to a baseball team instead not caring it was reserved then I got booked in a room with only a fan it was so hot we had to ask for two planned on checking out the next day to find another place and they wanted to refund me less than half of what I paid since they didn’t want to take out more money you have to ask for new towels, toilet paper, and for the trash to be taken out it gets so hot please don’t stay if you get hot fast I had to shower again everyday before bed that’s how hot it was

Al momento de llegar al sitio lo encontramos cerrado, sin ningún logo o señalamiento de ningún tipo, al tocar nadie respondió, localizando un número de teléfono nos comunicamos y nos comentan que ya no había disponibilidad en el sitio y que no nos podían recibir dejándonos sin hospedaje y sin darnos ningún tipo de solución, comentan que no se respeto nuestra reservación por la plataforma que usamos.
