A decent4-star hotel, fantastic staff, surrounding area is not best looking. The staff was very good to deal with and very accommodating. Even with my broken Spanish they always understood and were very helpful. Two minor points: It would have been nice to have more than just the two bath towels, as they had to be used for everything, hand and facial washing/drying, etc. The room had a little damage to the walls that needed some touch up paint. Otherwise the room was as promised, clean and functional.

I did like the Easy access to get to hotel. I didn't like the hotel Bar and restaurant close at 9pm. I didn't like there are no hand towels in the room, and you get only one water bottle for all your stay.

Wouldn’t recommend.
Service was amazing. All the employees were very kind and helpful. Room was nice, breakfast buffet was great. Unfortunately, during our stay every night around 10 PM or so the hallways were always VERY noisy from other hotel guests kid’s running around and having very loud conversations. When we called the front desk no one answered. And on our last night we woke up to bed bugs. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend this place to someone.

They did not give us the correct room and it was dirty. When I addressed the issue the cleaning person gave me attitude and was only cleaning it with water and no cleaning supplies. We got switched to a different room and that one was clean. The door key wouldn’t work often so we would have to go down to reception and ask to help us.

The hotel room had no running water when we arrived and we were not told such until after spending an hour to check in. Ao there was no way we could use the toilet nor shower. They could not tell us when we were going to have water. I cancelled the reservation , but had paid for it already, and my family abd i had to walk around for about an hour looking for another hotel. We finally found one that had a room available but i paid twice as much as the reservation i had. I emailed Expedia about rhis Friday but no reply as of today. I am oretty upset about this. I am requesting a full refund and it will be fair to receive some extra funds from you to compensate for the time and additional money i had to pay for the second hotel. everything about the place, parking lot inside, and the unfriendly staff. Worst hotel in the whole Guadalajara Area. They don't know how to service their Customers, everywhere in the lobby Parking lot all asking you drugs and money. Staff just ignore you and accommodate them more than the travelers. I recommend anyone not to book this hotel cause you will see a place from hell on Earth

The rooms smells badly. The floor seems like it has not been swept in days with dirt and long hair everywhere. The sink still has the rubber bands used for hair. The pillow cases have beard hair and look old and dirty as well as the sheets. Walls have shoe sole marks. I am very unhappy about the room. I will not stay here again nor recomend this hotel.

Las habitaciones huelen muchísimo a humedad. La toallas están súper sucias y huelen mal. Lo único que rescato es el servicio del personal durante el desayuno, el resto muy feo.

Great value and location
The staff was very friendly and we had the best sleep . Comfortable beds and pillows that were soft. We stayed on the 5 th floor . Very clean and right in the centre of the historic area.

everything was great, we check in late due to driving and traffic, had my daughter medicine that need it to be refrigerated and reception staff was accommodating and help full to store the medicine. stay was great. room need it little bit more work, ceiling was falling

If you must stay in Historic area, this is a good option. We had a church event at the hotel and did not want to be taking Ubers or be walking late at night. The historic center of GDL is not great place at night. Highlight of hotel is the lobby and breakfast buffet. Aside from that everything is OK. AC worked great and beds were not bad. Restrooms are really small and rooms in general are small. Restaurant across the street was great but very limited to restaurants after 9pm.

I liked the way we had a healthy breakfast included along with a fun pool to play in, No one bothered us about anything. We went down to the pool at 1 o’clock in the morning. Friendly staff. Clean hotel, centrality located to everything.

I believe they need better supervision of the rooms when we arrived very late and tired the room assigned was occupied and we did not know when we got there and opened somebody was there already then we have to go back to the reception desk and they give us another room it was no that clean, the air-conditioned did not have the cover and the filter was filthy not telephone and not towels I called from my cell and asked for the towels and the phone and wait until for about two hours and never got what I asked about 2: am we decided to go to sleep without a shower until the next morning I got the towels by myself the phone never came

Hotel lobby ,Bar and Restaurant are very hot, do the minimum air conditioning. Because of the temperature, the main doors are open which allows car exhaust and fumes to enter the hotel, because of this the hotel is very dirty ,dusty and unpleasant to stay. in the lobby ,bar and restaurant
