Al hacer check in la señorita que nos atendió fue grosera, no nos indicó la ubicación de restaurantes ni de piscina, además quería cobrarme $4 mil pesos por la estancia de 2 noches para mis 2 perritos, lo cual evidentemente se me hizo excesivo y no correspondía con la tarifa del hotel de $35 usd por mascota, lo cual se lo hice saber y se molestó. El resto del staff nos atendió bien, sin embargo nunca pude validar mis consumos en mi cuenta de Marriott BonVoy porque me decían que no había sistema. Lo mejor es la alberca pero percibo que la han descuidado, no tiene buena caldera pues el agua estuvo siempre fría. El gym se queda algo corto, solo con un par de corredoras, elípticas y un set de pesas, creo que deberían invertir en algunos aparatos.

The staff were very professional and friendly especially Jesus and Sonia at the pool. They accommodated all my needs to make it a much needed break from stresses of life. One of the employees who played the electric guitar was awesome; such a natural when entertaining and super down to earth.
