The approx. 92 m² apartment is on the ground floor of the detached holiday home (uninhabited).
It consists of a large living room with satellite TV, fireplace and central heating, a bedroom with french. Bed (160 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
There is a baby travel bed and a baby high chair.
Another sleeping option for 2 people is available in the living room (pull-out sofa bed: 140 cm). There is also a laundry room with a washing machine in the basement.
The holiday home includes a 17-ar garden with a lily pond and various seating areas around the house. Barbecue facilities and bicycle storage are also available. The property is on a hill with an unobstructed view of the valley and Gschwend. Many possibilities directly from the house by bike or on foot on beautiful paths through forest and field.

alles was man zum Entspannen braucht

Wir haben das Ferienhaus für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp von 3 Nächten gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Sehr sauber, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles da was man braucht. Mein persönliches Highlight ist das Bad - ein Traum in Flieder :-))) Auf dem Dorf ist es bis auf einige landwirtschaftliche Aktivitäten sehr ruhig und wir haben den schönen Garten und tollen Blick jeden Tag genossen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Nichts hat gefehlt. Abends konnte ich es mir vor dem Holzofen gemütlich machen. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Positiv fand ich auch, dass ich meinen Hund mitbringen durfte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Silvester im Hirschbach

Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel 21/22 im Hirschbach zu Gast. Um es kurz zu machen, es ist einfach herrlich dort! Die Wohnung gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet, der kleine Weiler Hirschbach wundervoll ruhig. Und die Umgebung ein Paradies für Wanderer. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Ein wunderschönes Häuschen zum Wohlfühlen

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und liegt traumhaft außerhalb mit nur wenigen weiteren Häusern in der Nachbarschaft. Der Garten ist liebevoll gepflegt und die Terrasse mit dem Seerosen-Teich ist eine Ruheoase und wunderschön um dort den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr erholsames Wochenende in schnuckeliger Wohnung

Wir hatten traumhafte 4 Tage in der Ferienwohnung, und dank der liebevollen Einrichtung und des wunderbaren Schwedenofens haben wir uns sogar ein bisschen auf mieses Wetter gefreut ;-) Die Lage ist überragend, wenn man seine Ruhe haben mag und die Natur liebt, der Garten wunderschön, einfach perfekt, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen! Check-in und -out sehr unkompliziert, in der Wohnung ist wirklich alles vorhanden, die Küche super ausgestattet! Vielen lieben Dank für diese wunderbare Möglichkeit einer Auszeit vom Alltag, Lärm, Stadt, Corona, etc... Wir hoffen, wir können die Wohnung nochmal im Frühling/Sommer genießen, dann mit Garten :-)
