It enjoys a sunny, south-facing position just 10 meters from the skiing area, making it an ideal holiday rental or vacation rental for winter sports enthusiasts. Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 3-room apartment that spans 52 square meters and is located on the ground floor with a southeast-facing position. The apartment is suitable for accommodating up to 2 adults and 2 children. It features a comfortable and beautifully furnished living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a TV (flat screen). The living/dining room provides access to a terrace with a southeast-facing position. There is one room with a double bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm, and another room without a wardrobe equipped with a bunk bed measuring 90 cm x 200 cm. The open kitchen is well-appointed with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and complimentary Delizio capsules for the coffee machine. Additionally, the kitchen includes a steamer, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. The kitchen also leads out to a terrace with a southwest-facing position. The apartment has one shower/WC.

The apartment comes equipped with a large terrace measuring 25 square meters, offering both a southeast-facing and a southwest-facing position. The terrace is furnished for your convenience. You can enjoy beautiful mountain views from the terrace. Amenities provided include a washing machine, a hair dryer, and complimentary WiFi internet access. Furthermore, a reserved parking space (roofed) for one car is included with your stay. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
