### Comfortable house, seaside + Private Parking

déalement situé à 50 mêtres de la plage du Grazel,venez profiter pleinement de votre séjour à Gruissan en déposant votre voiture sur votre place de parking privée et en faisant tout à pied ou à vélo. Boulangerie, boucherie, intermarché, restaurants, glaciers, marchés de village, plages, promenade dans la Clape.....tout se fait à pied. Produit rare, nous vous proposons de séjourner dans notre maison de 80 m2 entièrement refaite à neuf. Elle se situe dans une résidence calme, sécurisée avec piscine. Son jardin privé et confidentiel, permet de profiter pleinement de l'espace extérieur pour se reposer, prendre l'apéro, faire des barbecues (Webber), ou partager de bons moments. Notre maison est constituée de 2 maisons qui ont été regroupées cette année avec de beaux travaux de rénovation. La cuisine est neuve et parfaitement équipée (micro-ondes, four, cafetière etc..). La salle de bains est équipée d'une grande douche à l'américaine ainsi que de 2 vasques, rangements et d'une machine à laver. Le salon qui correspondait à la pièce de vie de la seconde maison est de bonnes dimensions. Il est équipé d'un canapé d'angle confortable ainsi que d'une télévision murale à écran plat de grandes dimensions. Au rez-de-chaussée, vous avez une chambre très agréable qui donne sur le jardin et qui est équipée d'une télévision. A l'étage, il y a une chambre avec deux grands placards ainsi qu'un bureau et des WC. La maison bénéficie d'une climatisation à l'étage ainsi que d'une climatisation au rez-de-chaussée. Une pièce à usage de buanderie est également à disposition. Le wifi est par la fibre. La place de parking privée est aménagée d'un stopcar. Les draps, serviettes de toilette et torchons sont fournis.
