Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with underfloor heating. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows: **Ground floor**: Common room with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and lounge. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 3 chairs. Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler.
