Jun 28, 2025 #### Dream Vacation We stayed here for a few nights with two adults and two kids under 3\. It was perfect! It was clean, in a great location, and the beds were super comfy. They had all the amenities we needed. Even a stroller, pack n play and high chair were provided. It was very family friendly but I could definitely see it as a romantic get away too. The location was amazing. There was a children’s discovery zone and library within a very short walk and it was about a 15 minute walk to the beach. It was only about a 5 minute drive to the shops and restaurants at pismo beach and a 15 minute drive to the lovely Avila beach. We will definitely stay here again! Jul 12, 2023 #### Great Gem in Grover Beach! My family of four (2 adults & 2 boys) enjoyed our stay here. Let me start off by saying how clean this half plex is. We were impressed and prefer to book through Vacasa for this reason. The home is what you see in the pictures. When we entered the home, we found two bedrooms & a full bath downstairs. The upstairs area has the living room, two dining areas, sun room, master bedroom and another full bathroom. We couldn't ask for a better place as our home base after adventurous outings each day. The small touches like beach toys, seasonings in the cabinet for cooking in the kitchen along with good Dove brand mini soap bars plus shampoo & conditioner was nice to have. Being able to park inside the garage was convenient. Especially for loading and unloading the car. We stayed 3 nights/4 days. We would definitely book this rental again when we're in the Central Coast next time. Side note: garbage pick up is early Friday morning & it's loud. Otherwise, it's a quiet neighborhood & there's lots of shops, Von's market & eateries nearby.
