The Hideaway is one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in. From the views, to the amenities to the comfy beds everything is always perfect. This trip we went to Yosemite, jumped from the high ledges at the Rainbow Pools, stuffed ourselves full of ice cream from the mercantile and watched the PML fireworks. We had a great time hiking in Yosemite and then coming back to sit by the fire at night, playing card game, and watching movies was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal. Everything was clean, comfortable beds, and a beautiful view from the front deck. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with deer wandering through the yard. The front deck was so nice after a long day of hiking. And for the second time we are giving them A+. The property well maintained and equipped with everything you need. Check-in and check-out are straightforward. All instructions and driving directions were clear and provided in advance. The location is great: \~2 min. drive to the beach, \~5 min. drive to the local store, 30-35 min. to Yosemite National Park. The communication with hosts was easy and pleasant. Nice, clean, comfortable place. We loved our stay. It had everything we needed. Perfect place to come back to after a long day in Yosemite. I loved having coffee and hanging out on the extra large balcony! My son loved having his own loft area upstairs. His own "little hideaway." Just a mile down to the beach. This particular home was the best stocked in all of our experiences. The outdoor decks bring the inside out and easily doubles the useable living area. We had 5 children under the age of 6 including 2 infants. The deck provided a secure and open area for them to safely play outside. Through no fault of the owners the area does not provide for recycling. If you are concerned about recycling come prepared to separate and take you recyclables home with you.
