The space: With three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home is ideal for families, couples, or larger groups. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare meals, or you can take a short stroll to the nearby restaurant (The Grill) for a delicious dining experience. Nestled in a serene gated community, which offers access to Pine Mountain Lake and entertainment like golf course, tennis courts, dining, swimming pool, and children playgrounds. Please note that the driveway to the house is a bit steep, which is common for homes in this area. During the winter months, the driveway is regularly maintained to prevent any issues with slipping or skidding, so you can feel confident that it’s safe to access. The driveway can comfortably fit 4 cars, and parking is only allowed in the driveway – street parking is not permitted in this area and most streets PML. Other things to note: You must be at least 25 years old to reserve this property. We welcome your furry friends at the Gallery House! Please note the following pet policy: \- There is a $100 pet fee . \- Maximum of 2 pets allowed \- Pets should never be left unattended in the house at any time. Please note: there are black bears in the area. They mostly keep to themselves. Please use safety if heading outside after 10pm. Our goal is to have the best possible experience for our guests. Seems much nicer interior than many rentals in same neighborhood for similar prices. Lots of comfortable beds available. The art was fun to see. Comfortable furniture. Our kids (ranging 10-14) had so much fun in the bunk bed room and with the games and movies. The kitchen had plenty of basics to use to cook simple meals. We were able to enjoy a day in Yosemite (about one hour to valley floor) and some time at the local neighborhood lake beach. The owner Kristine was very nice and great to communicate with through VRBO messaging only.The house was about 1 hour away from Yosemite's west entrance. Make sure to get reservations before arriving in Summer and get there before 8 a.m. or else the line is long to get into the park.The house had a lovely front porch to sit and enjoy local mountains and flying squirrels. The kitchen and bathrooms are in need of remodeling as they are from the early 1980's. An air vent/fan in bathroom would help.The community is friendly to "renters" only M-F.
