Between three nearby beaches, a marina, boat rentals, tennis courts, pickleball, bocce ball, sand volleyball, a pool, championship golf course, and an equestrian center, you will never run out of things to do! Relax in one of two stylish living areas next to the wood-burning fireplace (wood provided!). Two full kitchens each have a full suite of appliances and an adjacent dining area for enjoying delectable meals together. A convenient home office is a perfect place to plan hikes at Yosemite or to Rainbow Pool. This two-story home presents two bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. Family-friendly perks include a Pack ‘n Play, games, toys, and children’s cookware. THINGS TO KNOW Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. This home is within a gated community that requires a $50 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is valid for stays up to seven days and is subject to change without notice. Loved all the wild life. The only thing that I thought could have been better is the quality of the toilet paper and paper towels. They were only one ply. It was so comfortable and perfect for a big family. There are just a few hiccups we encountered. Trash was filled to the brim outside the property upon our arrival from previous guests.. because of that. A bear came that night and ravaged through the whole thing and left his paw print on our car… which was a super cool souvenir. Trash mess we had to clean up.. not so much. The manager of this property was completely non existent! Couldn’t get into contact with them prior to the trip or during! Property is lacking a bit in cooking supplies. There was a small ant problem upon arrival.. and the tv downstairs does not work which is very inconvenient as well for guests down there. Over all we still loved it here SO MUCH! The property is gorgeous and spacious and it is so comfortable! We would definitely stay here again! Our children LOVED IT! ##### Catherine O. We had two families with small children. Family one (6, 4, 1). Family two (6, 2). The floor plans on the first and second floors are identical, with each having a kitchen. The lower level kitchen is not fully stocked though. So we just did all our cooking in the upstairs kitchen. There is a pack n play and some games in the upstairs kitchen bench. Fans in all the rooms. Blinds are a little tricky but fine once you figure them out. TV upstairs was all set up with Netflix, Disney etc. The kids LOVED the swing out back. Only recommendation I have is that a highchair would be nice. But we made do. The private amenities were really nice too. Two great parks in the development for kids to play on, one of which is on a little beach area that was just awesome. It was really nice to have fun things to do without going back into Yosemite since 120 was closed, making Yosemite a two hour drive each way. The town of Groveland also had another park with a cute skate park area. Fun family hiking nearly. Great location. And they didn't have a laundry list of things they wanted you to do before you leave, which was super nice. We will definitely look to stay here again. ##### Andrea S. We had some concerns about the internet before arriving, but it did wonderfully, even with 6 different people all working at once. The downstairs kitchen was a little under-stocked and we could have used a few more trash bags, but other than that it was a beautiful house that I'd look forward to visiting again. ##### Eric L.
