Escape At The Lake - Awesome Location Directly Across the Street from the Lake Lodge Beach by Yosemite Region Resorts

"Escape At The Lake" has an AMAZING LOCATION - literally across the street from the Lake Lodge Beach & playground, approximately 500 feet!  But the location isn't the only  thing that makes Escape At the Lake the lake house of your dreams!  There is also amazing outdoor spaces on the property for guests to enjoy including outdoor games (ladder ball game, corn hole game, horseshoe pit), a hammock, and even a charcoal grill (plus seating for 12) for fabulous outdoor dining.  Plus the fun doesn't have to stop when you come inside.  We offer Wifi, 3-tvs, streaming services, plus DVD and BluRay players, and even board game for a family game night.  


When it is time for lights out the following room and bedding arrangements are available to be sure all guests have the privacy they need for a relaxing slumber:  Upstairs bedroom 1: 1 queen + 1 double futon Upstairs bedroom 2: 1 queen + double futon Downstairs bedroom 3: 1 queen Downstairs bedroom 4: 2 twins (daybed trundle) Infant pack & play in the upstairs closet. 


Escape At the Lake for your next Yosemite Getaway!


Have a large group? Need more than one house? "Escape At The Lake" is just a few houses away from "Casa Del Lago" (Unit 4 Lot 45) and "Lake View Oasis" (Unit 4 Lot 47). 


Please note the following house rules for your stay:


1. The maximum occupancy is firm and must include all occupants of any age including

infants. In addition no large gatherings are permitted. The maximum occupancy

number includes children & infants.


2. The age restriction is firm - if you have booked this property and are under the age of 25

please cancel immediately. A copy of your driver's license may be required to confirm

occupant age.


3. GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS ARE REQUIRED BY HOMEOWNERS

ASSOCIATION: Pine Mountain Lake HOA currently charges $46 per vehicle (one time

fee) to enter the gated community with 24 hour security. The entire fee goes to PML

HOA. Please note this price is subject to change without notice. Access permits are

non-refundable. A stay of 8+ nights will require additional fees as per PMLA.

Yosemite Region Resorts has no control over this fee and is not affiliated with Pine

Mountain Lake or any local venues. All information is subject to change at any time.

4. Guests are not allowed to launch their own SUPs, boats or watercrafts of any kind on

Pine Mountain Lake, per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules. However, Lake Don

Pedro is just 20-minutes away & perfect for a day trip with water toys! And remember,

you can rent sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals at the main Marina

Beach in Pine Mountain Lake.


5. In addition to the marina offerings Pine Mountain Lake offers an Airport, 18-hole

championship golf course, country club with indoor & outdoor dining, tennis courts,

community pool, horseshoe pits, equestrian center, and three sandy beaches on the

lake. The Marina Beach is the largest most popular beach and offers: an expansive

sandy beach & lawn area, designated swimming area, BBQ pits, picnic benches, snack

shack, and the sailboat / kayak / paddle board / paddle boat rentals. Beaches are open

during the summer months only. Golf course is open year-round.


6. Past guests have loved the property so much they often want to celebrate special

moments here, but please no confetti. Cleanup after celebrations is not included in the

departure cleaning fee. Guests will pay an extra cleaning fee if housekeeping must clean

any celebration debris.


7. Propane for any gas BBQ is not provided. You may either order this on the Temporary

Resident Registration form for an additional fee or provide your own propane. You can

purchase propane tanks at the local market or hardware store. Firewood is also not

provided. The current rate for a propane tank is $65 (subject to change without notice).


8. All outdoor fires (not contained in approved fire pits), candles, smoking, firearms and

fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.


9. PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES ONLY: Pet must be declared & registered with Yosemite

Region Resorts prior to arrival. Pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, and

non-destructive. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Unsupervised pets must be

crated. Guests are responsible for cleaning up & disposing of all debris left by their pet.

Pets are not allowed on Pine Mountain Lake beaches. Pets must be on a leash at all

times within the gated resort community, per Tuolumne County leash law. Pets do incur

an additional fee of $35 per night per pet.

Lovely cabin close to lake
We enjoyed our stay, cabin was very clean, had a ton of games and amenities to use, and beds were comfy. We also loved the location as it was an easy walk to one of the beaches at the lake and had lovely views of the lake from the deck. We would definitely stay here again. Only complaint is that the property says it sleeps 12 but unless you have small children that are sharing rooms with adults there wouldn’t be room for all. We had a toddler with us in a pack n play and were able to put the older kids on an air bed, so it wasn’t a huge deal for us but if you were traveling with 12 adults I think quite a few people would be uncomfortable. I also appreciated that they took the effort to set up a pack n play for us since we told them we had a toddler with us. It was a nice touch.

Nice location and lake is beautiful and fun!
Regarding Property: Deck was dirty upon arrival without being swept. Major cobwebs found in upstairs bedroom and entrance door. House needs new painting as deck is peeling, as is overall house. For rental price charged, expected higher quality and a bit more updated decore/amenities .

Great stay by the lake!
We had a great stay. The house was big enough for all 10 family members that came with us. It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach. We loved the view of the lake from the deck. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. We enjoyed see the deer and wildlife. I definitely will plan another trip.

Awesome stay!!!
This was such a great stay. The cabin had all the necessary items for a 4 day stay. It was well maintained, stocked and clean. It accommodated my whole family very well and we had plenty of room to spread out. The view of the lake was awesome and not far at all from the cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is wonderful with the best of the mountains and the lake. The house is well kept and clean and very spacious even for our extended family of eight. You are about 45 minutes from the gate to Yosemite National Park and about an hour and a half from Yosemite valley.
